These are 3 easy home items to thrift! Whether you are just getting into thrifting or a thrift queen, I’m sure you can find these items in your local thrift store!

There are so many home decor items that you can find at a thrift store! These are just 3 of the items that you can find easily with little time spent: wicker baskets or organizers, glass jars, and art prints or frames. These items are especially easy to thrift because they almost always have their own section in a thrift store. I like to thrift by section because it saves a ton of time.
Wicker Baskets or Organizers
At every thrift store I have been to there is a section of baskets, and usually quite a few of them in different sizes, shapes and styles. Most times, I am drawn to one basket to more than the others. Last week, I thrifted this wicker organizer. It immediately caught my eye because of the organization possibilites and the sturdy build.

When I got home I put the wicker organizer in our bathroom closet to hold my loose toiletries. The great thing about a basket like this is you don’t have to always keep it in the same spot. Knowing myself, I will probably move it somewhere else in a month or two to a new space that needs a spruce.
Glass Jars
Glass jars are another great home item to thrift. They are very inexpensive and every thrift store has a good amount of them. There are so many ways to use glass jars and vases. I always have a few on hand to hold flowers, pantry goods, laundry detergent, granola, etc. The versatility of a good glass jar is hard to beat.

If you are looking for storage jars with lids – Kilner (the one on the right in the photo) is a great brand to keep an eye out for at the thrift store. They have been around forever and hold up so well.
Art Prints or Frames
If your home needs a little love on the walls, you can find an art print at the thrift store. Or you can at least find a frame to go with a PDF art print from an online website, like Etsy. New frames are expensive, so this is an easy way to save a few extra dollars. Here is a little art piece I thrifted recently.

This piece reminded me of the small town I grew up in because some of the buildings look exactly like the downtown. The frame is a little worn, which doesn’t bother me, but it could easily be spray painted if you prefer a cleaner look. When you are looking for art at a thrift store, sometimes it helps to look at pieces individually rather than looking at them all together on the shelf. Hold it up away from the shelf and see if it’s easier to picture in your home.
